Aumann keeps EBITDA margin stable in H1 2026 despite 35% revenue decline

Aumann posted revenue of €70.6m in the first half of 2026 (−35%), with EBITDA of €7.4m and a margin of 10.5%. The e‑mobility segment remained heavily pressured (revenue −47%, incoming orders −59%), while Next Automation saw significant increases in revenue (+23%) and incoming orders (+72%). Aumann stock: buyback weakly subscribed, dividend announced – operational growth remains uncertain

The announced buyback of nearly 1.3 million Aumann shares at €17.80 was heavily tendered, with an acceptance rate of only about 6.1 percent. At the annual general meeting on 28 August, management proposes a payout including a special dividend of €1.11 per share, which at current prices corresponds to roughly 8.5%. Despite high liquidity, a low price‑to‑book ratio and a strong balance sheet, there is still a lack of noticeable revenue and earnings growth, so the stock appears more like a potential value trap than a classic value investment. Aumann raises buyback offer to €17.80 for up to 10% of shares

Aumann has increased the public buyback offer for up to 1,291,704 of its own shares (around 10% of share capital) from €16.50 to €17.80. The acceptance period has been running since 12 June and is expected to end on 3 July 2026.
