Avation sees strong fleet growth potential and large valuation gap
Avation emphasizes that supply bottlenecks at manufacturers benefit lessors and that the company profits from rising lease rates and higher values for used aircraft. The firm says its firm order book and purchase rights secure an annual fleet growth (CAGR) of at least 10% through 2030 and up to 14% with additional secondary-market purchases. Avation trades at a discount of around 50% to net asset value and plans share buybacks and increased investor-relations activities to close the valuation gap. The balance sheet shows stable operating metrics, extended debt maturities through 2031, and a fleet mix heavily weighted toward ATR turboprops and the Asia-Pacific region. » Más en de.investing.com
