Ball Corporation has appointed Darlene J. Nicosia, CEO of Maker’s Pride, and Sherry L. Buck, former CFO of W. L. Gore & Associates, to its board of directors. Nicosia brings more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and will join the nominating and corporate governance committee and the finance committee. Buck will serve on the audit committee and the finance committee; both appointments are intended to strengthen the board’s expertise in supporting management. Ball announces quarterly dividend of $0.20

Ball’s board has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on September 15, 2026 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2026. The company will report second-quarter 2026 results on August 4 before trading begins and will hold a conference call on the numbers at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
