NV Bekaert recorded revenue of €917 million in the first quarter of 2026, with 0% organic growth, weighed down by negative currency effects of 5% and a 3% comparatives impact from the sale of its Latin American steel cord business. Bekaert reports 2025 revenue of €3.7bn (-2%) with an adjusted EBIT margin of 8.0% and adjusted EBIT of €297m. Free cash flow rose 63% to €314m thanks to working-capital discipline and restructuring measures, and net debt fell by €100m to €180m (leverage 0.4x). One-off impairments and restructuring costs of €162m reduced reported EBIT to €135m but had only a minor cash impact.
