Bellevue Healthcare Trust has convened a general meeting for 5 January 2026 to ask shareholders to renew the authorization to repurchase its own shares in support of the "Zero Discount Policy" that has been in effect since 23 April 2025. Since the strategy's introduction, 142,365,414 shares have been repurchased, trading on average at a 2.7% discount to NAV. The board has instructed Bellevue Asset Management (UK) not to make any new investments in illiquid equities or assets from 29 October 2025. New investments or top‑ups must be liquidatable within five trading days and must not represent more than 20% of the average 30‑day trading volume on any day. The measure follows a strategic review and is intended to reduce the risk of negative performance during the planned transition to the new investment manager Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Shareholders of Bellevue Healthcare Trust approved a special resolution to repurchase its own shares with 95.12% of the votes, thereby supporting the continuation of the Zero Discount Policy. The resolution received 23,251,372 votes in favour, 1,121,079 votes against and 71,893 abstentions.
