Beyond Air sells its approximately 58% stake in NeuroNOS to Univo and receives common shares equal to 19.99% of Univo, plus warrants for an additional 19.99% (exercise price $0.01; term five years). Certain IP and development assets of NeuroNOS will be transferred to NeuroNOS. Beyond Air is entitled to development milestones of up to $6.5 million and commercial milestones of up to $26.0 million.
