Biodexa has commissioned Syngene to manufacture the active ingredient and formulation of MTX240 for clinical trials. MTX240, licensed by Biodexa from Otsuka, targets GIST and acts by bringing together PDE3A and SLFN12 through a KIT-independent cell death mechanism.
