Blue Moon Metals acquires 33 tungsten and antimony projects in the western US for about $20.5 million in cash and shares. The consideration comprises $5.0 million in cash, 2.8 million common shares valued at $5.55 each, and a 1.0% net smelter return royalty per project, plus potential milestone payments. Four priority projects near the Springer property are to be advanced to the drilling stage within two years. Blue Moon Metals announces a two-phase 67,000-meter diamond drilling program at the Springer project in Pershing County, Nevada. Phase 1 covers about 7,000 meters with target depths of 200–300 m; phase 2 about 60,000 meters at 300–1,000 m depth. Drilling is set to begin in the first half of August with completion planned for Q1 2027. Geotech Drilling Services has been provisionally contracted; in parallel, relogging of historical core (approx. 18,000 m) will continue and samples will be analyzed at ALS Reno.
