Bravida has signed a four‑year framework contract with Avinor for the operation, maintenance and further development of the electrical systems at Bergen‑Flesland airport, with two possible two‑year extensions. The contract took effect in early August and is worth around NOK 250 million (just under €23 million). Bravida had previously provided ICT as well as heating and plumbing services at the site. Bravida has been selected as the technical partner for the construction of Dansk Data Center 1 (DDC1) in the Port of Esbjerg and will install the majority of the technical systems. The company describes the contract as a “medium-sized data center” and sees the project as an important milestone in its strategic expansion in the data center segment.
