At the Jefferies conference BrightSpring Health Services presented a diversified growth model focused on specialty pharmacies, home health and hospice services. Management is targeting EBITDA growth of 15–20% over the next two years and expects operating cash flow of more than US$600 million for 2026 and roughly US$500 million of free cash flow (excluding the tax impact of the Community‑Living divestiture). Leverage could fall below 2.0x by year-end, creating room for acquisitions, share buybacks or dividends. BrightSpring presented at the Wells Fargo Healthcare Conference a markedly accelerated EBITDA growth in the pharmacy segment (near 40% in 2025, >40% in H1 2026) and about 20% organic EBITDA growth in the provider business, supported by the integration of Amedisys LHC. Management highlighted investments in automation, AI and M&A as well as reduced leverage (near 2x EBITDA), which creates room for further acquisitions. Shares of BrightSpring Health Services fell about 4.4% in after-hours trading after the announcement of a secondary placement of 15 million common shares by existing shareholders, including a subsidiary of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and members of management. BrightSpring itself is not selling any shares and will not receive proceeds from the placement.
