Brilliant AG reports preliminary, unaudited consolidated figures for 2025: revenue is around EUR 81m, in line with the forecast, but the group result is significantly worse than expected with a projected net loss of EUR 4.4m (forecast: net profit EUR 1.1–1.7m). The cause is mainly non-operational one-off items such as unexpected foreign exchange losses (≈EUR 1.2m), sharply higher inbound freight costs, special write-downs, increased infrastructure and systems expenses, as well as costs for efficiency measures and tax audits in Brilliant Asia.
