BTC Digital has finished construction of a 10‑megawatt crypto‑mining facility in Georgia. After the power connection is completed and final preparations are made, mining rigs are expected to be brought online within roughly two months; the planned configuration would enable a theoretical hash rate of up to 900,000 TH/s. Actual capacity will be scaled up gradually depending on the power connection, the models deployed, energy efficiency and market conditions. BTC Digital completed a private placement of roughly $7 million by selling 6,140,350 units at $1.14 each; each unit comprises a common share or a pre‑funded warrant plus a regular warrant with a $1.71 exercise price (60 months, immediately exercisable). If the warrants are fully exercised for cash, they could bring in up to about $21 million additional. Proceeds will finance the first construction phase of an 8‑MW AI data center in Georgia (liquid cooling, power, equipment upgrades, operating team); part of the capacity is expected to be operational in about six months.
