After nine months Bystronic reports a net sales increase of 8.0% to CHF 481.3 million (currency-adjusted +12.0%) and an order intake of CHF 527.4 million (+12.8%). The order backlog rose 33.4% to CHF 327.8 million. The company maintains the outlook that was lowered in June; it still expects net sales to be above last year but sees profitability below 2025 levels. Founded in 2020 and based near Lausanne, Isochronic supplies high-speed robot systems and software for sheet metal processing and will continue to operate under its own name in the market. Order intake rose in H1 2026 to CHF 337.7 million, net sales remained largely stable at CHF 302.9 million, but EBIT fell to CHF -23.4 million and operating free cash flow amounted to CHF -56.6 million.
