Cedar Woods reported a net profit after tax of 65.6 million AUD (+36%) for FY 2026 on revenue of 502 million AUD (+8%) and a gross margin of 30%. The company raised the dividend by 34%, sold record volumes and secured over 90% of its revenue target for FY 2027 through presales. The share price climbed 9.44% to $7.88; management is targeting NPAT growth of around 15% for FY 2027 and expects margins to remain stable. Cedar Woods reports NPAT of $39.6m for H1 FY2026 (+164%) on revenue up 40% to $274.8m. Gross margin improved 500 basis points to 31.3% and operating profit more than doubled to $62.2m. Net bank liabilities fell to $85.1m, and the interim dividend was raised 40% to 14.0 cents.
