Shareholders of the Challenger Energy Group voted by a large majority in favor of the share transaction proposed by Sintana Energy: 98.04% supported the court‑confirmable takeover plan and 97.60% the special resolution. Sintana intends to acquire all issued and to‑be‑issued ordinary share capital of Challenger; the plan is expected to become effective on 11 December 2025, subject to court approval and other conditions.
