Cherry SE: adjusted EBITDA H1 2026 significantly improved to -4.0 million euros

Based on preliminary and unaudited figures, Cherry SE reports an adjusted group EBITDA of -4.0 million euros for H1 2026 (H1 2025: -10.2 million euros excluding Active Key revenues). Preliminary revenue was 40.0 million euros (H1 2025: 45.5 million excluding Active Key). The improvement is mainly due to a 12.3 percentage-point higher gross margin and a cost base reduced by 7.0 million euros.
