Cicor is entering a strategic manufacturing partnership with EDMI and is acquiring EDMI Electronics Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia in return; the deal includes a long‑term manufacturing contract. The purchase price for the company, equipment and inventory is indicated at around USD 15–20 million. Cicor reports a net sales increase of 19% to CHF 334.1m for H1 2026 and an order intake of CHF 399.8m (up almost 40%), yielding a book-to-bill ratio of 1.2. In Q2, organic growth turned positive to +5.3% and order intake of CHF 204m was well above the CHF 160m consensus. The Aerospace & Defense segment grew by around 60% and now accounts for 28% of sales.
