Moody’s lifts outlook for Constellium to "positive" after strong half‑year results

Moody’s has raised its outlook for Constellium from “stable” to “positive” and confirmed the ratings (Corporate Family Rating Ba3, Probability of Default Ba3‑PD and senior unsecured debt Ba3). Moody’s cites a markedly better operating performance in H1 2026: adjusted EBITDA rose 110% to almost USD 720 million and adjusted net leverage was recently 1.8x. Constellium is using free cash flow to reduce debt and made a voluntary repayment of USD 100 million; at the same time Moody’s remains cautious because of the short track record of meeting financial targets and potential temporary revenue factors such as favorable scrap spreads and production shifts at competitors. » Más en de.investing.com
Profit tripled: Constellium raises full-year forecast for 2026

Constellium reported a 31% revenue increase in Q2 to $2.75 billion and a net profit of $148 million, more than three times the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $439 million; all segments improved and two divisions achieved a record quarterly EBITDA.
