Shareholders of Creightons PLC voted at the annual general meeting to approve all 19 proposed resolutions, including unanimous adoption of the annual accounts and a final dividend of 0.50 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 31 March 2025. Three new directors (Paul Watts, Jemima Bird and Mohammed Qadeer) were appointed with over 99.9% approval, six incumbent directors were re-elected, the constitutional amendments and the reappointment of auditor Forvis Mazars LLP were confirmed.
