Deutsche Rohstoff has confirmed its audited consolidated figures for 2025: revenue EUR 195.1 million, EBITDA EUR 132.0 million and cash and cash equivalents EUR 69.3 million. The management board and supervisory board propose a dividend of EUR 2.25 per share and plan a share buyback program of up to EUR 7.5 million. The 2026 forecast is confirmed (base scenario: revenue EUR 260–280 million, EBITDA EUR 290–310 million); for 2027 the company expects in the base scenario revenue of EUR 280–300 million and EBITDA of EUR 210–230 million.
