Diginex has scheduled an extraordinary shareholders' meeting for October 8, 2026, to vote on the proposed acquisition of Resulticks Global Companies Pte. Limited. The agreed purchase consideration is 600 million common shares at $1.75 per share, payable in full by issuance of new shares. Items to be voted on include the share purchase agreement, an increase in authorized share capital, amended corporate governance documents and a share consolidation to meet NASDAQ listing requirements.
