Discovery Silver has entered into a three-year revolving credit facility of US$250 million with a banking syndicate, with an option to increase it by a further US$100 million. Interest margins depend on consolidated net debt (Term SOFR margin 2.50–3.50%; US-dollar base rate margin 1.50–2.50%).
