An agreement between the Iraqi government, the Kurdish regional government and international oil companies allows oil exports via the Iraq‑Turkey pipeline for the Tawke license to resume from 27 September. DNO says the Kurdish share is around 38,000 barrels per day, while DNO and partner Genel will continue to sell their production share of about 30,000 barrels per day locally. Participating companies are to receive USD 14 per barrel (after transport); the agreements run until the end of 2025 and will be reviewed in 2026. DNO ASA recorded a rise in revenue to $258m in the second quarter of 2025, but reported a net loss of $7m. The acquisition of Sval Energy was completed, the North Sea made a strong contribution to revenue, and production in Kurdistan is being ramped up again after a drone attack.
