Moody's affirms Doman's B1 Corporate Family Rating and upgrades the outlook from negative to stable. The agency assigned a B2 rating to the planned increase of senior unsecured notes and raised the liquidity rating from SGL-4 to SGL-3. Doman intends to use the proceeds of the increase plus about CAD 100 million from the ABL facility to repay CAD 272 million of notes maturing in May 2026, which improves refinancing risk and the maturity profile.
