Donnelley Financial Solutions reports Q1 revenue growth, margin expansion and software mix shift

Donnelley Financial Solutions posted Q1 net sales of $205.5 million, up 2.2% year over year, and adjusted EBITDA of $70.6 million with a 34.4% margin, driven by software growth and cost controls.
