dormakaba acquires Azure Access and Apollo Security in the US

On August 14, dormakaba took over the operating businesses of Azure Access Technology and Adme, which trades under the Apollo Security brand. The acquisitions from Newport Beach, California, are intended to strengthen the company’s position in the US market for access control solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.
