Energy Vault will supply battery storage systems, grid-forming inverter systems and AI-driven control software for an integrated energy infrastructure with initial capacity of 1.25 GW for a hyperscaler’s AI data centers in Texas. The company expects revenues of about $500–600 million in the second half of 2026 and in 2027. First installations are planned within four to twelve months; a national EPC partner will supply Caterpillar generators and perform EPC work.
