QOL Medical has completed its acquisition of Evoke Pharma; Evoke has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the buyer. QOL‑EOS Merger Sub offered $11.00 per share (a 139.7% premium), and about 67.63% of outstanding shares were validly tendered, satisfying the merger conditions. Evoke has applied to terminate its NASDAQ listing, plans to withdraw its SEC registration and intends to cease reporting obligations.
