FAIR OAKS INCOME

Fair Oaks Income has announced an interim dividend of €0.10 per ordinary share for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The ex-dividend date is 27 August, the record date is 28 August and payment will be made on 18 September. Following the redenomination of the ordinary shares, dividends will now be paid in euros by default; shareholders may elect to receive payment in British pounds until 28 August (CREST holders via CREST). At the annual general meeting, Fair Oaks Income shareholders approved all 11 resolutions. The financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and an amended articles of association were adopted by large majorities. Three board members (Richard Burwood, Fionnuala Carvill, Trina Le Noury) were re-elected and KPMG was reappointed as auditor.
