Ferguson establishes Rule 10b5-1 trading plans for stock sales
Ferguson reports that CFO William Brundage and strategy officer Jake Schlicher have each established Rule 10b5-1 trading plans for future sales of shares issued from equity awards. Brundage's plan covers performance and RSU awards from 2023 and runs until November 23, 2026; Schlicher's plan covers awards from 2023 to 2025 and runs until December 31, 2026. Ferguson increases adjusted operating income by 8.4% despite weak residential construction
Ferguson reported first-quarter net sales of $7.5 billion (+3.6%) and adjusted operating income of $647 million (+8.4%). Adjusted diluted earnings per share rose 9.1% to $2.28, driven by margin improvements and productivity gains, while operating cash flow and free cash flow declined. Strong growth in non-residential construction (+8%) offset declines in residential construction (−1%).
