First Phosphate announces that its ADRs will be moved to the Nasdaq Global Market as Level 2 ADRs under the ticker PHOS, effective at the opening of trading on August 10, 2026. The conversion ratio remains ten common shares per ADR, and the Bank of New York Mellon will serve as depositary. The existing Level 1 ADRs on OTCQX will be automatically transferred into the Nasdaq listing without any new shares being issued or capital being raised.
