Flowtech Fluidpower announces a capital raise to raise up to £10 million through a conditional placing (£9m, up to 16,981,132 new shares) and a separate retail offer for private investors (£1m) at 53.0 pence per share. The issue price is around 11.5% below the closing price and the placing shares would represent about 26.8% of the existing ordinary share capital. Proceeds are intended primarily to fund the cash consideration for the conditional acquisition of Q Plus B.V. and Naili Europe B.V., debt reduction and general working capital.
