Fonix has announced a share buyback programme for up to 230,000 ordinary shares (about 0.23% of share capital), to be funded from the company’s cash resources. The move follows a reduction in holdings by the Concert Party and will be carried out on the open market by Cavendish Capital Markets Limited under a non‑discretionary agreement. Fonix is inviting shareholders to its annual general meeting on 13 November 2025 in London and has published the annual report for the year ended 30 June 2025. At the AGM, shareholders will vote on a proposed final dividend of 5.90 pence per share.
