Majority-owned Quality Industrial Corp. (QIND) reports 2025 revenue of 16.3 million USD (+45.9%) and gross profit of 4.8 million USD (+20.8%). Under GAAP QIND recorded a net loss of 4.6 million USD, while adjusted non-GAAP results show a profit of 564,465 USD. Bright Hydrogen Solutions, a subsidiary of Fusion Fuel, has signed a binding contract worth up to around €1.7m for engineering, installation and equipment services in Southern Europe. The order includes the supply of an electrolyser system and a hydrogen refuelling station for a large construction company; engineering work is under way, and delivery, installation and commissioning are planned for 2026. Fusion Fuel subsidiary Bright Hydrogen Solutions has signed a €275,000 contract for the front-end engineering design (FEED) of an industrial green hydrogen production facility in southern Europe. The work includes safety and environmental studies, project management and technical specifications, and is scheduled to be completed in 12 weeks after a four-week lead time. The plant is intended to supply green hydrogen for blending into the natural gas grid.
