For 2026 the company targets upstream production of 125,000–130,000 boe/d and expects group EBITDA of more than €2.6bn as well as operating cash flow of more than €2.0bn. Strategic steps include a partnership with TotalEnergies in Namibia and portfolio reshaping on the Iberian Peninsula (RetailCo/IndustrialCo) to reduce capital-intensive liabilities.
