GiG Software: revenue falls, shares drop around 18%

GiG Software reported a 5.4% decline in revenue in the second quarter to EUR 8.8 million, while underlying recurring revenues rose by 14%. Adjusted EBITDA was EUR 0.8 million (margin 9%) and cash fell to EUR 3.5 million, prompting a share price drop of about 17.7%.
