Griffin Mining has appointed Panmure Liberum to conduct an accelerated reverse bookbuilding to repurchase ordinary shares worth up to $14m or up to 3.5m shares (up to 1.98% of issued ordinary shares). The process runs until Monday at 16:45 BST; Panmure Liberum will purchase the shares on its own account at the bookbuilding-determined price.
