Guaranty Trust Holding will hold its fifth ordinary general meeting virtually on 28 April 2026 and proposes a dividend of 11.76 NGN per ordinary share for approval, bringing the total payout for 2025 to 12.76 NGN. If approved, payment will be made on 28 April to shareholders registered as at the record dates of 13 April (Nigerian Exchange) and 7 April (London Stock Exchange); registers will be closed on 14 April (NGX) and 8 April (LSE). The agenda includes the audited annual accounts, election and re-election of directors (nominees: Babatunde Soyoye, Marie Namias; re-elections: Suleiman Barau, Cathy Echeozo), the determination of non-executive directors’ fees (334,000,000 NGN per year) and a mandate for recurring related-party transactions.
