Harvest Minerals has agreed to the binding acquisition of Scanty Mineração Ltda, a subsidiary of Union Star Metals. Scanty contributes eight rare-earth projects in Brazil comprising 27 licences; the consideration includes A$200,000 cash, 40,000,000 new Harvest shares and up to A$300,000 deferred payments tied to development milestones.
