Healius raises adjusted EBIT for FY2026, shares fall after outlook

Healius reports adjusted revenue of AUD 1.37bn (+2.1%) and adjusted EBIT of AUD 30.2m (+76.6%) for FY2026, supported by a better fee mix, cost cuts and growth at Agilex. The company wrote off AUD 332m of goodwill and reports net debt of AUD 32.8m. For FY2027 Healius expects EBIT of around AUD 39.7m, which already includes a AUD 15m hit from the Fair Work Commission; without that charge EBIT would be about AUD 50–55m.
