Herald Investment Trust has adjourned the general meeting convened for the withdrawn public buyback offer indefinitely. The offer was withdrawn after Saba Kapital Management acquired more than 25% of the shares and thus was able to block the 75% majority required for the special resolution. Herald Investment Management has lowered its voting stake in Oxford Metrics from 5.10% (5,888,819 shares) to 4.89% (5,638,819 shares), thereby falling below the notification threshold on 30 October 2025. The change was disclosed under the UK Disclosure and Transparency Rules and filed via the London Stock Exchange’s regulatory news service.
