HIAG increases half-year profit significantly to CHF 85m thanks to revaluations and project gains

HIAG reports a net profit of CHF 85m for H1 2026 (+90%) and a profit excluding revaluations of around CHF 37m (+80%), supported by revaluation gains of CHF 53.4m, income from project developments and strong rental performance.
