Idorsia will present new analysis data on aprocitentan on October 10 at the annual meeting of the American Heart Association. The evaluation of the phase‑3 Precision study involving 730 patients shows that the drug effectively lowers blood pressure in severe hypertension, especially in overweight individuals and in patients with combined heart, kidney and metabolic diseases. Idorsia says it is on track to meet its targets after the first half of 2026 and maintains its full-year outlook. Total revenue fell to CHF 110 million, of which Quviviq accounted for CHF 91 million, up 62% year‑on‑year. On an operational US‑GAAP basis the company reported an operating loss of CHF 63 million and a net loss of CHF 152 million; higher finance expenses weighed on results. Cash and cash equivalents amounted to CHF 89 million at the end of June. For 2026 Idorsia expects Quviviq sales of around CHF 200 million and an operational US‑GAAP loss of about CHF 160 million.
