IN8bio reports publication of phase‑1 data on INB‑200 (DeltEx Drug Resistant Immunotherapy) in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. In the 13‑patient dose‑escalation study there were no dose‑limiting toxicities, no cytokine release syndrome and no immune‑associated neurotoxicity; median progression‑free survival was 9.9 months overall and 16.1 months with 3–6 doses, and median overall survival with repeated dosing was 19.5 months.
