Integral Metals has appointed Leo Power to its board of directors with immediate effect. Power is CEO of Poseidon Energy, a director at Q2 Metals, and holds multiple management and energy degrees; he is expected to provide operational leadership as well as capital markets and governance expertise. The exploration company, focused on gallium, germanium and rare earths, has a market capitalization of around $77 million; the stock rose 181% last year and is trading at $35.90.
