IPD Group achieves record revenue in first half and completes strategic acquisition

IPD Group reports the highest half-year revenue in its history of $192.7m (+8.9%) for the period to 31 December 2025, with adjusted EBITDA of $25.4m and adjusted net profit after tax of $14.4m. The company completed the acquisition of Platinum Advanced Cable Solutions, strengthening its expertise in mining cables and advancing its position in electrification solutions.
