iSpecimen reached a settlement agreement with WestPark Capital and will pay $97,500 to resolve all claims arising from prior investment banking engagements and an arbitration. WestPark had originally sought $269,999.91 plus interest and costs; the settlement is not an admission of liability. iSpecimen expects to record the payment as an expense in the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
