Jericho Energy Ventures secured $1.5 million from Comstock in a private placement to expand a planned campus for AI data centers and related energy infrastructure in Oklahoma. The financing comprises 25,684,932 units at CAD 0.08 per unit with warrants (exercise price $0.20) and is subject to a hold period until June 21, 2026, as well as final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. A joint venture between Jericho and Comstock is also planned, into which Comstock is expected to contribute about $6 million, and Comstock CEO Chris Clemente is set to join Jericho’s board of directors. » Más en de.investing.com
