Jet2 said summer bookings are up 7.1% year-on-year and average load factor has risen 1.2 percentage points, with strongest rebounds in Turkey, Cyprus, the eastern Greek islands, Bulgaria and parts of north Africa. Jet2 plc has announced a share buyback programme of up to £100 million for ordinary shares (nominal value 1.25p). Jefferies International Limited will act as a "riskless" principal to execute purchases with prescribed parameters from 1 December 2025 until no later than 30 June 2026. The buyback is being carried out under the authority granted at the annual general meeting on 4 September 2025; of the 20,796,104 shares authorised, 14,529,099 remain available.
