JPMorgan European Growth & Income has published a circular on the planned transfer of assets from European Opportunities Trust as part of a voluntary liquidation and has called a general meeting for 28 July 2026. EOT shareholders are being offered three options: new JEGI shares, accumulating class‑S shares of the LT European Opportunities Fund, or a cash payment with a 2% discount. With a 50% take-up rate for the rollover option, the weighted management fee would fall to 0.47% of NAV; JPMorgan Funds will also make a one‑off contribution of around £880,000 to cover additional management fees for 12 months.
